News> New Book on Collaborative Technologies from METRO Professional Development Instructor

For the past several years, Kwong Bor (K.B.) Ng has led numerous professional development workshops at METRO on technology-related topics, including Adobe Flash, XML, and Dreamweaver. We’re pleased to announce that Mr. Ng, an associate professor at the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies of Queens College (CUNY), has just published an important new book entitled, Collaborative Technologies and Applications for Interactive Information Design: Emerging Trends in User Experiences . Co-edited with Scott Rummler, the book explores emerging topics in electronic communication, Web 2.0, and social computing, with a focus on technologies that impact the user experience.

This is Mr. Ng’s second book. His first, published by Neal Schuman in 2007, was Using XML.
