Jill Cirasella, Computational Sciences Specialist at Brooklyn College Library, has recently published “Quantum Computing: Selected Internet Resources for Librarians, Researchers, and the Casually Curious” in Issues in Science and Technology Librarianship (Spring 2009). This webliography provides an annotated selection of the best Internet resources for learning about quantum computing and tracking quantum computing news.

Brooklyn College Library has also announced the appointment of Stephanie Walker as Chief Librarian and Executive Director of Academic Information Technology. Walker joined the Brooklyn College Library faculty as Associate Librarian for Information Services in August 2006, and has served as the Acting Chief Librarian since February 2008. She was appointed as the result of a national search.
